The ehorses Gmbh & Co. KG, Rittergut Osthoff 5, 49124 Georgsmarienh\u00fctte, Germany, hereinafter referred to as \u201eorganizer\u201c or \u201eehorses\u201c, organizes a competition on Facebook \/ Instagram. The participation in this competition and execution are subject to the following provisions. By participating in the competition, the participant confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions. The competition is not affiliated with Facebook \/ Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized in any way by Facebook \/ Instagram. Ehorses bears full responsibility for this competition. All questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition should be directed to info@ehorses.de and not to Facebook \/ Instagram.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participation<\/b><\/p>\n

Eligible to participate are persons of full age. Minors \/ underage persons have to require the written consent of their legal guardian to participate. Only persons with permanent residence within the Federal Republic of Germany may participate. Participation on behalf of third parties is excluded. Employees of the organizer as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the competition especially those involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, are excluded from participation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anyone can participate by providing a comment, like or answering a request or question specified in the competition posting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Closing date for entries<\/b><\/p>\n

Closing date for participation can be found in the respective competition posting. Late entries will not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n

How the winner determined?<\/b><\/p>\n

At the end of the competition we will draw the winner from all participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

Winnings\/notification of winners<\/b><\/p>\n

The prizes of the competition can be found in the respective competition posting. The selected testers \/ winners will be notified by email and asked to register \/ respond and confirm their participation in the product test \/ competition within\u00a0 a period of time specified in the email. If the selected tester does not respond within the specified period, participation in the product test \/ competition is forfeited and a new tester will bei selected.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data protection<\/b><\/p>\n

By participating, the participant expressly agrees that his\/her data will be stored by ehorses for the duration of the competition and transferred to the cooperation partner for the purpose of processing the prize, who may also store the personal data for the duration of competition. Participation in the competition is also consent to be included in the newsletter distribution of the competition issuer and\u00a0 its cooperation partners. The participant is free to revoke this consent to storage at any time at info@ehorses.de and withdraw from participation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Liability<\/b><\/p>\n

With the handing over of the prizes to the respective winners,the organizer is released from any obligation. The organizer is not reliable for legal and \/ or material defects of the prizes that are not provided by the organizer itself. All information provided by the organizer, especially with the publication of the winner names, etc. is provided without liability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exclusion from the competition<\/b><\/p>\n

In case of a violation of these conditions of participation ehorses reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition. Also excluded are persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation. If necessary, in these cases, winnings can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. Anyone who provides false personal details can be excluded from the competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Premature termination of the competition<\/b><\/p>\n

Ehorses reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without giving reasons. Ehorses makes use of this possibility if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and \/ or software) for legal reasons, a proper execution of the competition can not be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of an participant, ehorses can demand compensation from this person for the damages incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n

Miscellaneous<\/b><\/p>\n

All possibilities of recourse to legal action are excluded. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is taken. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the\u00a0 remaining conditions of participation shall not be affected. These conditions of participation can be changed at any time by ehorses without separate notification.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
