Vance is a solid made blue roan Percheron/Quarter Horse cross gelding standing 16 hands. He is put together perfectly and heavy boned while still being athletic! Vance is broke to drive single and double. He is broke under English tack as well as Western and has proven gentle in every aspect. We have started Vance lightly over fences to see his potential and he shows a lot of potential. We have hauled Vance to the ranch and on several trail rides and he has proven to be solid, quiet and easy going. He is sure footed and will go anywhere asked of him. He will lead or follow the group and is happy to go off on his own. Vance is traffic safe and has been ridden and drove up and down the highway and back roads. In the arena Vance has 3 solid gaits and easy transitions both up and down. He is well started in a bridle and will also ride in a snaffle bit. We will drag anything and has been exposed to all the scary things which he handled very well. He will stand quietly for mounting and dismounting. Vance hauls well, gets along with other horses, stands tied, bathes, etc. He has good ground manners and is good for the farrier. We have seen zero nonsense, buck, bolt, etc from Vance.
