🎼 🎵 🎶 Piano Man is a good honest all around trail horse. He is the kind that is bombproof for absolutely anyone to ride. He is kid tested and grandparents approved. He has been rode by ages 4 yrs old to 85 yrs old. He is a been there done that type. A well seasoned horse with thousands of miles under his belt. He is the perfect size of 14.2 hands tall. Not too big not too small! And he is the perfect age of 8 yrs old. (Vet confirmed on age).
🎵Piano Man is a spotted saddle bred horse (gaited horse). If you don’t know about the breed I encourage you to look them up. It’s not a prancy or hyper gait. Not quick. It’s a natural more laid back gentle gait. He will walk or you can easily kick him up to his gait. He will go both slow or fast. You just set the speed to your liking. He is super easy to get gaiting but as soon as you are done he will drop right back down into a walk. It’s kinda of liking putting your car on cruise control. He will do the rest. He is a super smoooooth ride!!!! And oh so easy and fun. If you have back or hip issues and need a comfortable ride this is him. He is a short stout made horse that has plenty of foot and bone. Piano is trail riders dream horse. He is a true gentleman to be around on the ground. He is a very well mannered gelding. He stands tied at the trailer, stands for farrier, vet, and bathes well. He stalls well, and enjoys turn out time. He gets along with other horse well. He's is very brave and takes everything you expose him to in stride.
🎹 Piano will cross whatever you come to water, bridges, deadfall, wildlife, and traffic. We have been through rocky terrain, had him around gunfire, tarps, city lights, and cattle, all of which he has handled very well. You cannot rattle him or stir him up. He is a pro.
🎶 Piano has a true one hand neck rein, and is very light in the mouth. He backs up with ease.
He rides out alone just fine. Not at all buddy sour or herd soured. Not at all hyper. I can’t stress that enough. Other gaited horses I have been around seem to want to go all the time. That is not him. He will gait when told then walk the rest of the time. You wouldn’t even know he is gaited till you speed him up.
🎼 We have used him to check our cattle 😂 yes surprisingly he likes working cattle and being around them. We have took him on many mountain rides through all types of terrain. He is a seasoned real deal trail horse. We have let the kids ride him through town. Absolutely nothing phases this guy. Not at all spooky or watchy. No bad habits at all. Absolutely no buck or silliness when riding him.
🎹 Piano is a super easy keeper. Requires no maintenance of any kind. He can go barefoot or put shoes on him. You can stall him or turn him out. Doesn’t matter to him. He is easy.
