Bardo es un caballo castrado de 17 años, palomino, cruce de Cuarto de Milla y Lusoárabe, con 151 cm de alzada. Caballo muy bonito y llamativo, con mucha presencia y una apariencia sorprendentemente joven para su edad. Se monta sin problema y trabaja al paso, trote y galope, con transiciones controladas. Responde muy bien a la parada, llegando a detenerse simplemente al soltar las riendas. Realiza cambios de mano, círculos pequeños, marcha atrás, ejercicios de reunión y giros mediante flexión de cuello. Sale al campo tanto solo como acompañado. Tiene buen manejo pie a tierra, entra en remolque sin problemas y está acostumbrado al herrador, niños, perros y maquinaria, desenvolviéndose con normalidad en un entorno de campo. Ha recibido formación en disciplina western y actualmente trabaja a un nivel medio. Su cruce combina la estructura y funcionalidad del Cuarto de Milla con la agilidad y elegancia del Lusoárabe.
