Rolex is a 7 year old Grade Grey Gelding. Not only does this guy have a beautiful long mane and tail but he is conformationally good looking and is super handsome to look at! He is an in your pocket gelding with a puppy dog personality. He is very friendly and enjoys being in peoples company. Rolex will come over to the shake of a grain bucket or will be the first meet you at the gate. Rolex will go where he’s pointed and can ride in a group or off on his own. Rolex lopes nice soft circles, has a good stop, neck reins, is light in your hands and throughout his body. He will side pass, is sacked out to a variety of things, will go over a teeter totter bridge, through pool noodles, tarps, big balls, ATVs, etc… Rolex has been started on the hot heels and hooked on to a few live steers. He’s also drug heavy logs and is no stranger to weight on the horn or seeing things on the end of a rope. Rolex has been rode both in the arena and outside. He steps out nicely, and has a nice ground covering walk. He has been rode up in the mountains on several trail rides, out on the desert and hauled to a few different arenas. He will cross logs and water with no problems. He is sure footed knows how to pick up his feet when navigating through various different terrain. Rolex stands around 16 hands. He will stand next to a mounting block for easy mounting and dismounting. Rolex will pick up all of his feet, stand tied, trailers and hauls with no problem. This gelding has all the potential in the world to finish how you want. His only draw back is occasionally at the lope he can get fresh. It’s not an every time we ride him type of thing it’s just been on occasion. He has never done it at a walk or trot just at a lope. Rolex would make a great pleasure or trail horse. He has a solid foundation, and easy going personality and super easy on the eyes. Theres a lot of good to this good looking boy! He’s got a lot of good years left to give someone. Take him and finish him out how you like. He is good to shoe, tie, haul and bathe.
