Cllio PJ is a colt bred from the combination of two of the most influential mare families in European sport horse breeding – the families of Carthina Z and Quasibelle du Seigneur. His pedigree is built upon horses that have excelled at the highest levels of international sport and a maternal line that has consistently produced Grand Prix performers and renowned stallions for generations.
SIRE 
The sire of this colt is Pegase van’t Ruytershof, one of the most promising representatives of the famous van’t Ruytershof family. Ridden by Jeroen De Winter, he competes successfully at international level, demonstrating the exceptional talent inherited from his sire Comme Il Faut and from his outstanding dam line, which has produced such stars as Emerald van’t Ruytershof, Diamanthina van’t Ruytershof, and Le Blue Diamond.

Further down the pedigree we find Harley VDL, one of the flagship stallions of the influential VDL Stud. Harley VDL has produced numerous top-level sport horses and has remained among the most respected stallions in Dutch breeding for many years.

The greatest asset of Cllio PJ’s pedigree is undoubtedly his exceptional maternal family. The colt descends from the legendary Quasibelle du Seigneur, one of the crown jewels of Belgian showjumping breeding.
This remarkable family has produced numerous elite international performers, including Glock’s London, multiple medalist at the European Championships, Olympic Games, and World Cup Finals. The same dam line has also produced outstanding horses such as Oak Grove’s Heartfelt and Ambasador Z.
