It is not easy for me to write these lines.

With a heavy heart, we must part with our beloved Shetland mare Puppy.  
She will turn two years old in April and currently measures 95 cm at the withers; her final height is expected to be around 1.05 m, like her parents.  
Puppy is very solidly built, typical of the old-school type.  
Her coat color is still changing; according to my veterinarian, she will become a grey like her father, as she is already starting to grey out.  
She is also of interest for breeding, as both her parents are licensed and have full papers.  
These would need to be applied for by the new owner through the breeding association if breeding with her is planned.  
She currently has a standard equine passport.

She is regularly groomed, led, and her hooves are trimmed by two girls here.  
I have also taken her as a hand-led pony, which she does wonderfully well. She is very familiar with cars, tractors, and dogs.  
Unfortunately, I lack the time to exercise her regularly due to work, house renovations, and our other horses.  
Puppy will surely grow into a wonderful children's pony like her parents.  
Her mother can be visited locally.  
Her father sadly passed away in January but gifted us this beautiful foal.

Puppy’s mother is used for children's birthday parties, school introductions, and as a lead-rein pony at show jumping competitions, so it’s in her blood.  
Her father was also a very gentle children's pony despite being a stallion and enjoyed pulling a sulky.  
Puppy already knows how to travel in a trailer, and she handles it well.

She has never been ill with us.  
Her hooves are in excellent condition, says my farrier, and she has no summer eczema.  
She has a lovely, long mane.  
Simply a dream pony!

Puppy is kept in an open stable with a herd of mares, plenty of turnout, and space to run and play.
