Axel is a grade 10 year old gelding standing 14.3hh. This gelding is the absolute definition of a been there done that ranch horse! Axel has seen countless miles of rough country across Arizona and New Mexico, doing absolutely every single job around the ranch, making him versatile, safe, and very very broke. Drag calves to the fire, sort in the alley, work a gate, load trucks, doctor yearlings, gather in the big country, ride miles of fence, pack salt, you name it and Axel has done it!! Axel is surefooted as can be even if you’re in the rockiest roughest country around. Absolutely so spooky and bulldoze right on through whatever you put in front of him. Thick brush, rough country, flowing waters, anything you can think of Axel will mosey right on through unphased as can be. This awesome gelding is not only great to ride outside, but just as fun in the arena! He will walk trot and lope both ways with ease, as well neck rein, side pass, and has a great stop!
